Shaped by hand, the piece carries a sense of movement through its rising, rippled form – a surface that builds from base to edge.
Formed from a sculpted resin mould, layers of polymer plaster are applied and worked by hand. Each coat is brushed and massaged across the surface, allowing irregularities to emerge through the process.
The result is a textured finish marked by subtle variations in stroke and depth, reflecting the gestures of the maker while softening the overall form.
