SHIPPING
TheEND offers Australia wide (excluding TAS, NT, WA) shipping.
Delivery charges are based on shipment location and total volume of your order. Total shipping fees can be viewed on the final checkout page.
Orders with multiple lead times will be delivered together once all products are in stock. If you would prefer to pay additional shipping to split your deliveries, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for providing TheEND with the correct delivery address, email and phone number relating to the order. We are unable to offer warehouse pickup or showroom collection.
TIMEFRAMES
We have various delivery partners that allow us to ship to our clients all across Australia. To ensure you receive your order when expected, please review the below delivery expectations for your location. Please note that this is an estimate from the date of dispatch.
NSW Metro: 1-2 weeks
NSW Regional: 2-3 weeks
VIC Metro: 1-2 weeks
VIC Regional: 2-3 weeks*
QLD Metro: 1-2 weeks
QLD Regional: 2-3 weeks*
SA: 3-4 weeks
Product lead times differ per product and act as a guide. Delays in product due date will be communicated if outside the estimated bracket. Once your items are ready for delivery our third party delivery partner will contact you to book in a delivery time.

Includes email notification with tracking once order is dispatched. Parcels do not require a signature on delivery and will be left at your home if it is safe to do so or alternatively, taken back to your local post office for collection.

Delivery timeframe 5-7 business days
Services do not include moving or removing any existing furniture. If the selected space is not ready, your delivery may be subject to a redelivery fee or further charge to move any existing furniture. This service also does not include wall mounting, electrical work or any other task that requires a licensed tradesperson. This includes but is not limited to hanging mirrors, installing wall lights or connecting electrical components.
If your building has insurance requirements that the delivery carrier cannot meet, the order will be placed at the doorstep or entryway threshold unless otherwise agreed.
PROCESS
Once your order is ready for delivery, our delivery partners will be in contact within 2 business days to book in a delivery date. Customers will be advised, at least 24 hours before the delivery date, of the four-hour window (during business hours) on the delivery date in which the products will be delivered. On the day of delivery, you will receive additional notifications from our delivery partners.
ACCESS
Prior to placing your order, please ensure you have confirmed the measurements of your access points. A copy of our Measuring Guide can be found here. TheEND is not responsible for goods that do not fit where intended or cannot be safely delivered due to unviable access points. Please note that our pieces are fragile, and it is at the freight companies' discretion when delivering whether they deem the access is safe to avoid damage to the item and the safety of their workers. If delivery cannot be fulfilled due to entry access, the freight charge will still be applied in addition to a restocking fee.
