RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Under Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. All pieces are handcrafted therefore no two pieces are the same. There will be slight variations in each product bearing the markings of natural materials, craftsmanship and age, and such variations will not be regarded as faults.
All TheEND products are quality controlled. In the unlikely event your product is delivered with a defect, we may, in our discretion, replace or repair the product at no cost to you, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be readily accessible for service or replacement (if applicable)

You need to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt at your nominated delivery address and note any damage on the delivery docket presented to you by the courier for signature. If the products, when initially received by you, are defective, or if there is an error in your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products at info@theendpiece.com.au and provide the following details:

Your full name, address, telephone number (during business hours) and email address;

Your order number;

A detailed explanation of the defect, error or other reason for the return;

Clear photographic evidence of the defect, if your return relates to a defect.

We are unable to refund or provide credit due to inadequate access to your property so please ensure the products purchased will fit in your lift/doorway/stairwells before purchasing. If you are unsure, please view our furniture specifications and Measuring Guide.
All custom and personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that you carefully review all measurements, materials and design specifications before confirming your custom order as once production begins on the custom product, no further changes can be made.
If a return is authorised, products must be returned in new or unused condition and will be subject to a restocking fee which will be advised by TheEND at the time of receiving the request (unless the goods are damaged or defective in which case they must be returned in the condition in which they were received, and will not be subject to a restocking fee). The restocking fee will also not apply to goods returned due to a genuine error on our part in delivery.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
Orders may be varied within 2 days of the order being submitted. To vary your order, please contact us at info@theendpiece.com.au.
Orders cannot be cancelled once received, except where permitted by the TheEND and may not be varied after 2 days from the date of Order.
