A QUIET RESET, SEEN THROUGH ANNA’S EYE

She arrived at sunset - the desert exhaling its last light.

By morning, Joshua Tree revealed itself slowly. No expectation. No noise. Just silver architecture resting gently against the land, as if it had always been there.

At Reset Hotel, restraint becomes revelation. Raw textures. Smooth sheets. The hush of open space. A sauna warming dusk. A fire pit under unfiltered stars. Time loosens its grip.

Through Anna’s lens, nothing performs. Light, texture, silence — all held equally. Coffee steam in the morning air. Incense drifting into blue sky. Bare feet against cool earth. A bath beneath cold night air. The desert framed not as spectacle, but as presence.

Reset, she says, is a pause without permission. A surrender. A grounding.

It is this same quiet intention of Joshua Tree that inspired our Joshua Collection — forms drawn from the stillness of the desert and textured surfaces that are reminiscent of sands. The soft glow of this lamp, in both table and standing sizes offers a calming ambience much like the sunset over the valleys in Joshua Tree.

Through her images, we are reminded: beauty rarely announces itself.

Did the space influence how you framed your images or the moments you chose to capture?

I love adapting to moments - the way we live, unforced - just observing and capturing. The place calls you to reset and slow down.

Every sip of coffee feels magical. Being in bed with a huge window looking out at the desert feels unbelievable. Taking a bath outside in the evening, with cold air around you, is deeply touching. Reading a book on the sofa creates its own moment.

What do you hope someone senses - before they even realise it - when experiencing Reset through your images?

I hope I brought some calmness, drawing out the simplicity in ordinary moments.
